Woolyfrog Arts.....a strange name? Well I have always loved frogs and sheep!!!!! So it just happened! Actually I have always loved all animals and my art work is centered around them.
My husband Barry and I share our lives with 6 dogs (all but one are rescue dogs) 5 cats (all have found their way to us) 1 house rabbit (also rescued) 4 tropical birds (long story) fish and many wild animals and birds that visit our feeders and perennial gardens!
My art is as varied as the animals in our lives. I love the rich colors & texture of wool, so I love knitting and felting and rug hooking.
Watercolor is another passion and am always experimenting with that.
My newest passion is wildlife photography! The original thought was to take photographs to paint from.....so far I am having so much fun taking photographs that I haven't started painting from them yet! But hopefully this winter I will fit that in! All my photos are avaiable for purchase and very soon I will have that information updated.
